For those who know me, know I live life unscripted.
Years ago I made the bold decision to be a participant in my life, to live it out loud and refuse to get caught up in boring routines. Within that attitude, I make it my goal to empower others through a healthy lifestyle to take initiative and begin living each day better than the one before.
I live in ways that accentuate my passions, with what gets me going each day and ways to empower others.
Amanda Murdock’s love of functional fitness and the asana practice launched her on the incredibly rewarding path of teaching yoga, group fitness, and personal training. While her goal is to inspire students to better understand themselves through an emphasis on form, flow, and function, Amanda’s ability to help you recognize the fun within the intensity of the workout is what sets her apart.
During Amanda’s group classes, she strives to blend her love of music with a dynamic and creative sequence. Working one on one, she stresses that you begin with where you’re comfortable and the rest will take shape naturally. Whether it’s a trained athlete or a new mother doing her best to get back in shape, each session is tailor-made to the clients specific needs.
